Mastering The Telephone Interview



With increasing frequency, public interest and government employers are relying on phone interviews as ways to screen candidates initially. While the interview may take place over the phone, it is equally important to prepare adequately and understand that how you present over the phone will be a huge factor in determining whether a second interview happens.
