The Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association in Orlando, Florida, is looking for an attorney with 2 to 4 years immigration experience who is committed to serving the legal needs of low-income immigrants. Previous pro bono and clinical experience will be considered a plus. Immigration attorneys represent non-citizens who have been victims of human trafficking and violent crimes (predominantly domestic violence), undocumented children who have been abused or abandoned, and refugees who have been persecuted in their home country and now seek asylum in Immigration Court. Great News On Federal Hiring

The Washington Post recently noted possible improvements in the federal hiring process. Knowing that applicants are often dissuaded from the lengthy and confusing application process needed to secure federal employment, the United States government has taken note.
